Ein Dach überm Kopf für alle. Die Solidarität mit Geflüchteten muss praktisch und politisch werden! Am 25.11 haben wir die alte Post in Neukölln besetzt. Wir haben damit an eine Besetzung im September angeknüpft, die in der Englischen Straße ein ehemaliges Gebäude der Technischen Universität für sich beanspruchte. Was die damaligen BesetzerInnen forderten und was wir nun erneut forderten, ist einfach:

Wir wollen ein Haus, dass auf die prekäre Schlafplatzsituation von Refugees in dieser Stadt eine Antwort gibt, aber zugleich einen Raum des Zusammenseins, des sozialen und politischen Austausches von Geflüchteten, Hilfsinitiativen und politischen Gruppen eröffnet. Wir nennen diesen Raum „Social Center 4 All“, ein soziales Zentrum für alle. Wir könnten dort von Rechtsberatung über Sport bis zu Sprachkursen nützliche Dinge zusammenführen und zugleich Refugees und uns selber einen kollektiven Ort erschließen, an dem wir diskutieren, wie wir unseren Interessen in diesem Land Nachdruck verleihen wollen. Wir wollen diesen Ort, wir brauchen diesen Ort.

Die Stadt allerdings, die seit Monaten nicht willens ist, auch nur für die elementarsten Bedürfnisse von Refugees Ressourcen zur Verfügung zu stellen, will diesen Raum offenbar nicht. Rufen wir uns in Erinnerung: Diese Stadt, die Hunderte Menschen in den vergangenen Monaten dazu zwang, in Parks zu übernachten, will nicht, dass wir eine Notunterkunft schaffen. Diese Stadt, die keinen der hier ankommenden Refugees ausreichend über seine Rechte informiert und ihnen diese auch vorenthält, will nicht, dass wir einen Raum für Rechtsberatung schaffen. Diese Stadt, die sich selber nicht um die Versorgung von Flüchtlingen mit ausreichend Kleidung und Nahrung kümmert, will nicht, dass wir einen Raum schaffen, der für Helferinitiativen offen steht. Die Stadt, die den politischen Flüchtlingsgruppen den Oranienplatz und die Schule genommen hat, will nicht, dass wir einen politischen Ort des Austausches und der Diskussion schaffen. Wir werden das nicht akzeptieren und wir werden auch nicht aufhören, das einzufordern, was wir brauchen. Wir rufen euch dazu auf, gemeinsam mit uns am kommenden Samstag eine laute und entschlossene Demonstration durchzuführen.

A roof over every ones head – solidarity with refugees has to become practical and politic! On 25th of November we squatted the old Posthouse in Neukölln. We
thereby tied on the connection of October, when the former building of the Technische Universität in Englische Straße was squatted. What was demanded on October and what we, again, demand now is very simple:

We want a house as an answer to the precarious roosting situation of refugees which is at the same time an open space of getting together, of social and political exchange between refugees, aid initiatives and political organizations. We call this space „Social Center 4 All“, a social center for everybody. There we can organize and connect legal consultation, sports, language courses and other useful things. At the same time we and the refugees can develop a collective place to discuss how we can lend weight to our common interests in this country. We want this space, we need this space.

The city however, which since many months isn’t willing to take care of the most elementary needs of refugees, doesn’t want us to have this space. Let’s recall:
The city that is forcing hundreds of people to sleep in parks doesn’t want us to create an emergency shelter. The city that isn’t informing any of the arriving refugees properly about their rights and even withholds them their rights, doesn’t want us to create a space for legal consultation. The city that isn’t taking care of supplying the refugees with food, cloth and shelter doesn’t want us to create a space that is open for aid initiatives. The city that took away the Oranienplatz and the Gerhard-Hauptmann-Schule from the refugee-initiatives doesn’t want us to create a space of political exchange and discussions. We will not accept this and we will not stop to demand what we need.

We call you for next Saturday to take to the streets with us to have a loud and powerful demonstration.

“Herkese bir çatı – mültecilerle dayanışma işlevsel ve politik olmalı!

25 Kasım’da Neukölln’de eski bir postaneyi işgal ettik. Daha önce Ekim ayında işgal ettiğimiz Englishce Sokağındaki Teknik Üniversite binası ile böylece yeni bir bağ oluşturduk.

Daha önce ve şu an hala talep ettiğimiz şey çok basit:

Mültecilerin içinde bulundukları güvencesiz koşullara cevap olabilecek ve aynı zamanda insanların buluşabileceği, sosyal ve politik olarak dayanışmanın sağlanabileceği ve mültecilerle dayanışma içinde olan grupların ve politik örgütlerin birbiriyle iletişimde olabileceği herkese açık bir merkez istiyoruz. Bu herkese açık alanın adı ’Social Center 4 All’, yani ‘Hepimiz için Sosyal Merkez’ olacak.

Hukuksal danışmanın, spor ve dil kurslarının ve diğer yararlı araçların organize edilebileceği bir yer oluşturmak istiyoruz. Böylelikle mültecilerle birlikte buradaki ortak amaçlarımıza dair fikir alışverişinde bulunabileceğimiz kolektif bir yer oluşturabiliriz. Bu yeri istiyoruz ve böyle bir yere ihtiyacımız var.

Bununla birlikte aylar boyunca mültecilerin en temel ihtiyaçlarını karşılamakta yetersiz kalan şehir, böyle bir yeri bize vermek istemiyor. Hatırlayalım:
Yüzlerce insanı parkta yatmaya zorlayan şehir, mülteciler için gerekli sığınakları yaratmamıza izin vermiyor. Gelen mültecileri en temel hakları konusunda bile bilgilendirmeyen, üstelik hak gasplarına uğratan bu şehir, onlara hukuksal yardım sağlayabileceğimiz bir alan oluşturmamızı engelliyor. Mültecilere yemek, kıyafet ve sığınak yardımı yapmayan bu şehir, dayanışma örgütlerinin bu ihtiyaçları karşılayabileceği bir alan oluşturmasını reddediyor. Oranienplatz’ı ve Gerhard-Hauptmann-Schule’yi mültecilerin elinden alan şehir, politik yardımlaşma ve tartışmaların sürdürülebileceği bir alan sahiplenmemizi istemiyor. Bunu kabul etmiyoruz ve ihtiyacımız olan şeyi talep etmeye devam edeceğiz.

Cumartesi günü sizleri bizlerle birlikte sokağa çıkmaya ve güçlü çok sesli bir eylem yapmaya davet ediyoruz.“
